THE ANANDABAG TEA COMPANY LTD :

The company was started sometime in the year 1893 and incorporated in the year 1920. The company has a tea plantation named “Ananda-Bag Tea Estate” and a in-house state- of-the-art manufacturing facility in the quality belt of Upper Assam. The name” Ananda-Bag” literally translates into “Garden of happiness”, and it is indeed the garden of happiness  producing high quality CTC and Orthodox teas for a long time.                                                                       

The company trades under the brand names of Top Tee, Golden Sipp and Ananda  Gold for the domestic market and custom made packings for the international market. It also supplies teas in all forms in parts of Middle East Japan , China,Iraq, Iran, Russia and UK.

MAHADEOBARI TEA COM PVT LTD.

The Estate was started in the year 1928 and incorporated under Mahadeobari Tea Com Pvt Ltd in the year 1974. The company now has a tea plantation named “Mahadeobari Tea Estate” and an in-house state-of the-art manufacturing facility in the belt of Upper Assam. The name “Mahadeobari” literally translates into “Lord Shiva’s Garden” (Lord Shiva is a Hindu mythological God) as it is believed that a statue of the lord was found amidst a bark of tree which now has transformed in to  a temple within the Estate and  begin  worshipped by people worldwide. This  garden too has been planted with high quality material and produces quality Orthodox and CTC teas.

CHOKHANI TEA & TEA SEED ESTATE

Yet another quality growing plantation started in the year 1911 and named after the family . It boasts of being amongst the highest yielding gardens of the region too. As the name suggests along with Tea plantation has a tea seed plantation too, which is a certified Seed plantation by the Tea Research Association (T.R.A) India. 

BHARAT ENGINEERING WORKS :

This unit engaged in tea engineering since1956 and is one of the pioneers in tea machinery’s in India. As a matter of fact the company is also exporting tea machinery to Sri Lanka and Nepal. The company also undertakes turnkey projects for setting up Tea processing unit both in India and aboard.       

SADIYA FRONTIER TEA CO.PVT.LTD.:

This is the most recent acquisition of our group in the year 2002. This company was acquired by us along with “Dholla Tea Estate” and is situated in the quality belt of Assam. It has a unique character of                                producing Black Grainy Tea favorable to a number of customers across India and Globe.                  

JMAGRO INDUSTRIES:

A Tea processing unit incorporated in the year 2003 with state of art technology to manufacturing high quality teas from our own source of Raw material available at Dholla Tea Estate and is the latest addition in our  group of Tea Companies.

DURHAM PHARMA PVT .LTD.

Incorporated in the year 2011 the company plans to manufacture IV Fluid Containing {Dextrose (5D) , Sodium Chloride (NS) , (DNS)} currently and later diversify into other compositions of IV Fluids.

J.M. TRADE & INDUSTRIES:

An Import Export house being used by the group for FMCG Goods ( Toiletries , Soaps and Detergents , Stationary) , Plywood, Sporting Goods( Cricketing Bats ) and Petroleum Products such as( Bitumen, Paraffin Wax etc)

MEDLEY MINERALS INDIA LTD

Pioneers in mining “OCEAN ETOILLE” the Green Granite from Titlagarh,( Orissa ) India since 1993 . This particular stone is available mainly across 3 queries of India out of which the largest being under this company . The stone is suitable for both exteriors and interiors usage . It also boasts amongst the highest gloss meter reading of as close as 98% in its category and porosity of only .058% which is very rare. The surface once polished and finished are highly scratch resistant and can be used from Kitchen Top to Tomb Stones. It is also resistant to all acids in Normal Condition.
